Last night, The Limited held a fundraising, shopping event at their Soho Pop-Up Store for the Peace Games organization. .” Hosted by the adorable Rashida Jones, a swell time was had by all with the bubby flowing freely, cupcakes by Crumbs that were so tiny you didn’t feel too guilty about eating them, and 40% off everything!

Peace Games founded in 1992 by Francelia Butler, brings together the power of play with the power of peace.  The program focuses on training young people in the four most important actions peacemakers take which are:  communication, cooperation, conflict resolution, and engagement.  Now in it’s 17th year, this wonderful organization now works “with over 35,000 elementary and middle schools students, has recruited and trained over 4,100 college and community volunteers, and worked with nearly 12,000 family members to encourage peacemaking at home.    For more information on the vital work, of Peace Games go to: http://www.peacegames.org/

And speaking of the Limited, I have loved their clothes for ages!  At the party, I discovered a host of simply must-do items as holiday gifts and adorably chic party staples for your wardrobe that TGATP will be featuring next week!
