2. FTC Compliance in Product Reviews

In accordance with FTC laws, the products reviewed on TGATP are either purchased by the site owner or given to her by the manufacturers and/or their PR reps. If the site owner is compensated to review a product the post is clearly marked as a “sponsored post” with the appropriate accompanying level. The opinions on all products and/or services and the opinions are her own personal ones.  While, TGATP does accept and keep free products, services, travel, event tickets, and other forms of compensation from companies and organizations, this compensation does not influence the content of our reviews. Receipt of a product and/or service does not constitute a contract for a published review of the product and/or service. In addition, any gifting, advertising, or sponsorship is duly noted in the review. While as the Editor of That Girl At The Party, I mostly accept products and/or services that I am interested in covering, I do not guarantee a favorable review. Reviews are my honest assessments of the products and services and content is not pre-approved by PR representatives or brands, or edited in the event that they are unhappy with the coverage given. Companies that wish to impose these limitations, on their products, will not be accepted for review. In addition, while we try to cover every product we receive, submitting a product for editorial consideration does not guarantee coverage on TGATP.

In addition, TGATP does not purport to be an expert on the product and/or service and only offers her personal opinion of it. I only endorse products or services that I believe, based on my experience with them, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
