In a recent Op-Ed in The NY Times, James Carville railed on about how Kamala Harris supposedly lost the 2024 election due to “the economy”. But there is one big problem with that false narrative — the US economy under the Biden/Harris administration is at an all time high. The combination of a worldwide pandemic and trump’s bad economic policies tanked our economy. But due to President Biden and VP Harris, we now have our best economy in recent history and the strongest economy in the world.
As a Black-American woman, I am sick to death of white pundits trying to avoid the massive elephant in the room — America is a racist and sexist cesspool where millions of uneducated Americans voted against their own interests and the health of our Democracy. That’s it. It had zero to do with the economy, inflation, or the price of eggs, stupid!
trump is a a criminally insane, moronic, racist, misogynistic, narcissistic psychopathic, serial sexual assaulter, serial adulterer, pathological liar, 5 time draft-dodging vet hater, convicted rapist, convicted felon, tax evading, loan fraudster, wannabe dictator, and coup-staging traitor with a fascist playbook he renamed Agenda 47, which is the same as Project 2025. His agenda calls for total immunity for cops to kill black people, the monitoring of women’s menstrual cycles and pregnancies and criminalization of our reproductive health choices, the elimination of public education, the FBI, DOJ, CDC, FDA, FEMA & National Weather Service that help with these increasing hurricanes, all gun control measures, all environmental regulations, Obamacare that provides healthcare for 45 mil Americans and makes companies cover pre-existing conditions, all voting rights, civil rights, and LGBTQ rights including gay marriage, freedom of speech and religion, the persecution of anyone that does not take an oath to trump, the elimination of the Constitution, the consolidation of all power into the Executive branch & more terrible things that would totally destroy America and end our democracy.
In addition, trump said he will pull us out of NATO and allow Russia to take over Ukraine and Israel to totally annihilate the Palestinians while instituting a Muslim ban in the US. He also stated he will be a dictator on Day One!
That any American voted for him, let alone, Blacks, Latinos, white women, and Muslims, points to their racism and sexism coupled with their ignorance. We need to stop blaming VP Harris or the Democrats. Our only mistake was overestimating the integrity and intelligence of the nation’s voters. There are millions of really stupid Americans that a) live in a reality TV world b) believe lies are Truth and c) have zero idea of how our government runs or the importance of competent people running it!
I also do not believe that trump won and I know this election was rigged. It was actually bought by Elon Musk, who was in constant contact with Putin! That our DOJ allowed Musk to run an illegal lottery for votes scheme, converse regularly with Putin, and plant hundreds of tweets loaded with misinformation with no consequences makes Attorney General Merrick Garland the worst AG and biggest traitor in US history! In fact, he proved himself to be so by not holding trump accountable back in 2021 as soon as he took office, for staging a coup attempt. There is no way that trump should have been able to skate for sedition. But we have Garland to thank for that. With millions of registered voters supposedly not voting, the bomb threats that were called into the polls in blue states, and the dozens of drop boxes tampered with, it is clear there were major shenanigans in this election and that trump did not win.
Kamala Harris was not just running against trump, she was running against Putin, Musk, Bezos, and a bunch of other billionaires. She was running against a trump plant as our AG. And she was running against the corrupt media, owned by more billionaires, who want tax cuts and business favors—our democracy be damned! The mainstream media have normalized and sane washed trump’s criminally insane and demented antics for a decade now. President Biden had ONE bad debate night and the knives were out. Yet, trump has been clearly insane since he came down the elevator and announced his first run by claiming that Mexicans were all rapists. He is even more cuckoo now. From talking about Hannibal Lecter as if he was a real person, rather than a fictional character, to rambling on about Arnold Palmer’s penis to falsely claiming that Haitians were eating the dogs and cats of the citizens of Ohio, trump has demonstrated time and time again that he is mentally unfit for office. In addition, he is only 4 years younger than President Biden and in far worse mental and physical shape. Yet the mainstream media never ONCE claimed that he was too old or senile, like they continue to lie about President Biden.
So no, James Carville, it was NOT the economy, stupid. It was just the stupid!
