Hydrate with Pure Inventions

For optimal health, it is recommended that you drink half your weight in ounces of water every day.  For example, if you weigh in at 120 lbs., you should ideally consume 60 ounces of water, daily.  Thus, I am always on the lookout for new and interesting ways to hydrate.  Enter a tasty range of liquid supplements called Pure Inventions. Founded in 2003, Pure is the creation of life-long friends Lynne Gerhards and Lori Mulligan, who are both Certified Clinical Nutritionists and Nutritional Consultants.  The multiple infusions pack a powerful punch of vital antioxidants without added calories, sugar, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives and are alcohol, caffeine, and gluten free to boot.  One dropper to an 8oz glass of water is all you need to turn your ordinary glass of water into a delicious and healthy elixir!

For a nice twist on a Bellini, you can also add Pure drops to champagne or try these refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail recipes created especially for TGATP:

That Girl At The Party Pure Tropical Blast

Mix two droppers full of Pure Pomegranate with Acai into an 8-oz glass filled with equal parts pineapple and cranberry juice.   Add crushed ice and top off with sparkling water and an orange slice.  Alternatively, you can skip the sparkling water and blend this with chopped ice for a frozen drink version.

That Girl At The Party Pure Lemonade

Dissolve 4 packets of True Lemon in 16oz of water.  Add a stopper full of Pure Wild Cherry Apple + Resveratrol and sweeten to taste with agave.  Mix well.  Add ice, and a mixture of lemon and lime slices.
