I ate mostly vegan with a bit of fish for 6 years. I had to add chicken back to my diet while I had health issues but I plan to try to reduce it or eliminate it again soon. Here are the vegan products that are staples in my kitchen and fridge right now.
Banza
Pizza is my favorite food! I have tried tons of different crusts. Made of cauliflower, this is the best gluten-free, vegan pizza crust on the market. Just top with your favorite toppings, bake for 18 minutes, and go!
Rao’s Pizza Sauce
There is simply no better sauce on the market than Rao’s. Stick with the marinaras to stay plant-based.
Parma Vegan Parmesan
I was blessed to meet the wonderful Founder of this must-have vegan Parmesan at a plant-based expo and got to sample all of her vegan parmesans. I now keep the Original in my pantry at all times!
Nairn’s Oat Grahams
Vegan and gluten-free, Nairns Oat Grahams make wonderful summer campfire s’mores when paired with the Mast Chocolate and Dandies Marshmallows.
MAST Oat Milk and Almond Milk Chocolates
Mast makes scrumptious vegan chocolates. I like the Oat Milk and the Almond Milk versions.
Perfect for lunch for those of you, who like me, work remotely. Just pop this tasty Amy’s dish in the microwave for 5 minutes and you are all set! I keep a box on hand at all times for last minute meals.
Leahey Macaroni and Cheese
Leahey Gardens make the best creamiest Mac and Cheese for only $3.49!
Plant Provisions Lunch Meats
As a vegan, it can also be hard to find good sandwich meats, I have tried them all and
Plant Provisions offers the very best. They are basically spiced veggie loaves.
Lesser Evil Spaceballs
These Lesser Evil cheese balls are the yummiest, vegan cheesiest snacks on the market. The price of $5.99 is a bit exorbitant for a snack though and almost twice as much as their other snacks!
