The Queen’s Bouquet

Celebrate Queenie V’s birthday month of May with The Queen’s Bouquet, an homage to the myrtle that, since 1840, has been customarily used in the royal wedding bouquet.

1.5oz Bombay Sapphire

4 mint leaves

3 myrtle leaves

4 Blackberries

½ oz honey syrup

Muddle all and build/stir through with cracked ice in a stemmed rocks glass.  Garnish with a blackberry and sprig of Myrtle.

The Windsor Tonic

If you’re in the mood for something a tad more princely, The Windsor Tonic is an excellent concoction to kick off the spring Polo season with your mates.

1.5oz Bombay Sapphire

½ oz Martini and Rossi ROSSO

3 freshly cut slices of orange

Top with Fentimans Tonic water

Build all with ice and Garnish with Orange twist.

The Royal Sapphire

And finally, for those of us who harbor a healthy amount of ring envy for Middleton’s sapphire stunner, Bombay’s Royal Sapphire serves as a soothing substitute.

1oz Bombay Sapphire

½ oz elderflower cordial or liqueur

½ oz lemon juice

4 mint leaves

Shake all, double strain and serve in a champagne flute.  Top with Martini Prosecco/Champagne.  Garnish with an edible flower.
