A hidden gem in the heart of the United Nations, UN Plaza Grill will host a five-course wine pairing dinner on June 24th at 7 PM with Shiloh Winery. At the dinner guests will meet award winning master wine maker Amichai Lourie of Shiloh Winery in from Israel to explain each amazing wine which are imported from Israel, delicious and modern with ancient roots. Guests will also mingle with UN Plaza Grill chefs including the award-winning pastry chef, Felencia Darius.
The menu and wine pairing menu will include: Amuse-Bouche; Ahi Tuna & Wild Salmon Ceviche with Avocado, Micro Cilantro & Jalapeno paired with Shiloh Chardonnay 2017; Chilean Sea Bass with Artichoke Hearts, Fennel & Fava Beans in Champagne Saffron Curry Emulsion paired with Barbera 2016; Celery & Meyer Lemon Sorbet; Baby Lamb Loin & Rib with Truffled Pommes, Heirloom Carrots, Garlic Confit paired with Legend Fiddler & Legend Honi 2016; Wagyu Steak with Salsify & Wild Forest Mushrooms, Shishito Peppers, Burgundy Pearl Onions paired with Secret Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon & Secret Reserve Shiraz 2016 and for dessert Bittersweet Kalamansi Chocolate Mousse, Kalamansi Lime Cream with Chocolate Gnauche.

The restaurant is owned by Entrepreneur, Albert Gad, who has an apartment in the building just above the restaurant. Unable to find a great Kosher meal in the city, Albert bought UN Plaza Grill and opened it in 2017 to create a restaurant that would appeal to Kosher consumers, business professionals and individuals seeking a truly special dining experience.
