TGATP was blessed to attend The Makeup Show NYC which took place this past week on April 30th – May 1st, in NYC at The Metropolitan Pavilion. It was one of their most spectacular New York shows to date marking 18 years of this wonderful beauty experience!
There were over 3,000 attendees from all over the world and 70 exhibiting brands plus 60+ educational opportunities with 6 beauty stages of demos and seminars.
Featured artists on the main stage included some of the best in the industry: Danessa Myricks, Sandra Saenz, Laurel Charleston, EJ Jamele, Merrell Hollis, Joe Dulude, Suki Tsujimoto, Etzel Eccleston, Luis Casco, Maude Okrah & Makeup Show Foubder, James Vincent.
70 of the best brands in the industry came together to share their latest products with buyers and attendees. All offered and launched new products while educating artists and attendees about their products. Some of the brands also offered education on the seminar and demo stages, as well. Brands included: MakeUp Forever, Clinisoothe, Mob, Jones Road Beauty by Bobbi Brown, Lumify, NEEM, MYKITCO, Alcone Company, Omnia, and Pat McGrath

This was a new brand for me and I love their eyeshadows, I scored a lovely purple that reminded me of my former fave “Psychedelic Sister” from Urban Decay, that is now discontinued.
MOB Beauty | Lipstick
My favorite red in a recyclable container from a totally clean company and the founder is a sweetheart!
Mykitco | Brushes
I can never have enough makeup brushes so was very blessed to be gifted with these.
Ardell | Dual Lash Applicator
Can’t wait to try this because I suck at applying eyelashes!
