Thank God, that you can purchase Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookies legally, because otherwise there would be illicit trade in them! People would be on street corners opening their jackets , revealing the brown boxes, and murmuring “Cookies cookies.” I received a couple of boxes at a trade show and they are actively wrecking my diet to this day!
