I had a blast as one of the judges for this year’s NYC Hot Sauce Expo. The preliminary taste testing event was held at East Village staple, d.b.a and featured about 200 hot sauces in various categories, including best new product, best salsa, best all natural product, and four different heat levels. People were literally crying while trying the super hot ones, so I am glad I opted out of that category!
