Since I got diagnosed with celiac disease in early June, I have basically lived on Sweetgreen salads. I am MAD for their Spicy Cashew Dressing and put it on all of their salads. Luckily, they just posted the recipe for this yummy concoction, so here it is!

First up, Lotus Foods. I discovered Lotus Foods about 18-years ago at Whole Foods and it has been my favorite rice ever since.
