Disappointed in the glaring omissions in the Oscar noms this year, I am looking forward to the SAG Awards celebrating the best of 2021 in both film and television airing tonight Sunday, February 27, beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern on TNT and TBS. Being The Ricardos, Don’t Look Up, King Richard, Mare of Easttown, Succession, and Ted Lasso are all likely to garner major awards. Below are my predictions of both what will win and what I think should win.

I highly recommend David Bruckner’s The Night House, an atmospheric, psychological thriller with some truly scary moments. It’s a thought-provoking and different type of scary movie than the usual Hollywood horror fare.
