Even though I am pet mom to two feisty felines, I am mad for dogs too! And who doesn’t love a good popsicle? In honor of National Ice Cream Month, Rover.com has created an easy, homemade frozen treat that’s delicious for humans and dogs alike!
As temperatures continue to rise and dogs spend time outdoors, it’s easy for them to get overheated. In addition to plenty of shade and water, frozen treats are a great way for dogs to beat the heat. Rover’s very own Chef Gus has whipped up a dog-friendly pupsicle recipe that, well, even a dog could make!
Packed with healthy fruits and protein, it’s a guilt-free hot weather treat for dogs everywhere. Please see below for the full recipe.
