Eddie Bauer, the iconic lifestyle brand opened its permanent New York location in Union Square in Manhattan on Wednesday, May 6th. Previously serving as an Eddie Bauer pop-up store, over the past few months the space has been expanded and transformed to serve as the city s ultimate resource for outfitting life’s adventures.
To celebrate the opening and engage with New York’s local residents and businesses, a custom 35-foot Eddie Bauer branded Airstream will be making special appearance throughout NYC and parking in select neighborhoods on May 11 – May 13 to gift a range of giveaways, including gift cards redeemable in-store, to anyone who stops by the activation locations.
On Thursday, May 14 from 12 to 7 p.m. the Airstream will be stationed in front of the Eddie Bauer NYC store at 5th Ave & W 15th for a “Welcome to the Neighborhood” Party. This celebration is open to the public and will feature live bands, complimentary food trucks, additional giveaways and more!
Eddie Bauer is also offering the ultimate European Adventure Trip! Manhattanites can enter for a chance to win an epic 12-day trip for two to France, Italy, and Switzerland ($20,000 value), and a $1,000 Eddie Bauer Gift Card. Any person who stops by the New York Store from May 6 to May 25, or who visits the Eddie Bauer Airsteam activation locations from May 11 to May 13, can enter the sweepstakes with no purchase required.
