CurlFest is the ultimate natural beauty festival located in Prospect Park that includes a mecca of afros, twist-outs, curls (and beards!) that all come together to celebrate natural beauty. This year, it’s expected to attract 25,000 attendees.
On Friday, July 20th DevaCurl is kicking off CurlFest weekend with an exclusive event at their flagship DevaChan salon in SoHo. They are opening their doors to Curly Girls – like TGATP! – across the five boroughs.
There’ll be education from expert stylists and influencers, treats, and a free Mix and Mask bar where attendees will get free full-size product and the chance to create your own custom mask cocktail in partnership with Belle Bar Organics.
The Devachan salon will also be giving live, discounted DevaCuts. The highly coveted DevaCut, is a hair cutting technique that’s only available from Deva Stylists. With over 95,000 hashtags of the cut mentioned on Instagram it is the cutting technique for curlies.
