The Young Patrons of the American Folk Art Museum (45 West 53rd b/t 5th and 6th) held a party entitled “100% Folk” to celebrate the launching of the Young Patrons committee.  Americana was the theme with catering sponsored by White Castle and Krispy Creme.  Libations were provided by Brooklyn Lager, Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka, and Landmark Wines and the Solis Brothers kept everybody on their feet!  The museum was also open for viewing.  I was too busy to check it out so will have to go for a tour some time soon.
