Adam Scott, Danielle Brooks (“Orange is the New Black”), Uzo Aduba (“Orange is the New Black”), Billy Eichner and Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer (“Broad City”) were just a few of the participants in the first-ever Vulture Festival this weekend in New York. Stephanie Beatriz (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), Joe Lo Truglio (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), Lamorne Morris (“New Girl”), Yael Stone (“Orange is the New Black”), Selenis Leyva (“Orange is the New Black”) and Mike Birbiglia also participated in events throughout the Festival.

“The Greatest Panel in Television History” event welcomed Adam Scott and Naomi Scott in a viewing and discussion of all-time classic title sequences from ‘80s TV shows, as reenacted by Adam Scott and friends in Adult Swim’s smash-hit series, “The Greatest Event in Television History.” The discussion was moderated by Vulture senior editor Denise Martin.

In “Pop Culture Trivia Night” on Sunday, May 11, host Dave Holmes (Vulture, Upright Citizens Brigade, former MTV VJ) tested the knowledge of everyone’s favorite inmates from Orange Is the New Black, Uzo Aduba (Crazy Eyes), Danielle Brooks (Taystee), Selenis Leyva (Gloria Mendoza) and Yael Stone (Lorna Morello) versus Lamorne Morris from “New Girl” and Joe Lo Truglio and Stephanie Beatriz from “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.”

In the ultimate “Comedy Night,” Billy Eichner (“Billy on the Street”), Mike Birbiglia (“Sleepwalk with Me,” “This American Life”), Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer (“Broad City”), W.Kamau Bell (“Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell”) and Jared Logan (“Best Week Ever”) discussed the topic of “My First Time,” left up to each comedian to interpret in his or her own way.

I am very much looking forward to next year’s festivities!
