One of TGATP‘s favorite events of the year, the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show will be held from June 29th to July 1st at the Javits Center in New York City. It is the largest business-to-business specialty food industry event in North America. The show will feature thousands of specialty food and beverage products from around the world coupled with educational programming, networking opportunities, and a Debut District, showcasing first-time exhibitors and startups. I am especially looking forward to checking out the expansions in vgean foods and all the new brands.

- Tan Do Beverage: Debuting their Vietnamese beverage expertise.
- Altro: Spotlighting Italian-inspired plant-based innovation.
- Bold Spoon Creamery: Showcasing their award-winning flavors.
- Bake Me Healthy: Presenting their healthy cookies.
Trends to Watch include:
- Local and minimally processed foods: Growing demand for whole, unprocessed foods.
- Low-intervention, naturally fermented foods: Interest in craft vinegars and pickled products.
