Wow, the Norwegians really know how to party! Book my flight immediately! Friday night, Innovation Norway threw a soiree at one of TGATP’s top three NYC venues, the breathtakingly lovely, Ramscale Studios. In celebration of Norwegian culture the party featured food and entertainment from the raucous Flying Culinary Circus and a mini-concert from Norway’s hip-hop sensations Madcon. (According to one guest, they are as big as Jay-Z in Norway. Although I know and love their song, “Beggin”” I didn’t recognize them at the party.) Wacky pianist Aksel Kolstad was in the house and served as our MC and court jester. (Aksel is completely hilarious. Make sure to get tickets to check out his debut performance at Carnegie Hall on the 10th!) TGATP had a complete blast and am definitely making a trip to Norway a to-do!
