EXCLUSIVE: Hope Help & Relief Haiti: A Night of Humanity After Party

I was blessed enough to be front and center for the Wyclef Jean performance at the after party for the Hope Help & Relief Haiti: A Night of Humanity event.  I had, unfortunately, missed the dinner at Urban Zen due to another previously arranged event.  But the after party was sensational.  Held at the Standard, Andre Balazs’ hot hotel. the centerpiece of the evening was Wyclef’s electrifying performance which ran the full gamut from his hits to a duet with Mary J Blige (absolutely ADORE her!) on her classic song “911” to a cover of Bob Marley‘s “Redemption Song” to some Haitian beats to Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here.  I’ve never seen such an eclectic jam!  Jean then left the stage to work the crowd from atop a couch and salute some of the luminaries in the house including the party’s hostess, Donna Karan, and Jay-Z and Andre Harrell before bringing Trey Songz up to knock the crowd out.  Once Wyclef left the stage, DJ diva Beverly Bond held it down for the rest of the night.  Everything about this party was totally awesome!  It was a bit crowded for any real crowd shots, so I photographed the performance instead.  These are appear ti be the only shots of the performance currently on the internet!
