The star-studded  guests included:  Salma Hayek and her new hubby Francois-Henri Pinault, Ted Danson, Sam Waterson, Ann Curry, Candice Bergen, Natalie Morales, Willie Garson, Cornelia Guest, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes, Al Roker, Brian Williams, Kelly Bensimon, Miss USA Kirsten Dalton, John McEnroe, Matt Lauer, NY Jets Bryan Thomas and his fun wife, Danielle, Willie Garson, Ron Meyer, Jeff Zucker, (appropriately) Miss Universe Stefania Fernandez, and more.

Christie’s Green Auction: A Bid to Save the Earth was made possible through the unprecedented collaboration with the four beneficiary organizations, NBCU’s ‘Green is Universal,’ Deutsche Bank Climate Change Advisors, Barneys New York, Target, Native Energy and CharityBuzz, in addition to the amazing support of the event’s more than 150 honorary host committee members, all visionary leaders from the worlds of art, business, fashion, philanthropy, conservation and celebrity.

Lots in the silent auction include celebrity packages such as spending a day with Hugh Jackman on the set of his movie “Reel Steel’, VIP tickets to a Christina Aguilera concert, luxury travel experiences along with important photographic works, paintings, and sculpture.  The final results will be announced on May 6th after its completion.
