Was talking earlier this week to this guy I had a crush on for the duration of a heratbeat and he said he didn’t follow sports!  I’m sorry but for this gal that’s an absolute deal breaker!  While I may not watch every game during the regular season, once you get to playoffs and championships, particularly if it is my home team, I am all about it!  Congratulations to the NY Yankees, the best team in the whole wide world!!!!  I loved the Yankees even before I was a New Yorker!  I am too thrilled for words!    And jokes on you, Philadelphia Inquirer for being silly enough to print papers saying thay you won DAYS in advance!  Did you forget who  your team was playing????  We have won 27 TIMES!  Philly fans you have a lot of kitty litter today!  And Mariano, you are Baseball God in my house!  Please DO stay for five more years!  Winners are just so HOT!
