Le Souk Harem Opening

Le Souk Harem (510 LaGuardia Place b/t Bleecker & Houston) opened on Monday with a raging party featuring a magical sheik and shimming belly dancers both on the floor and on pillars adorned with billowy bejeweled fabric! The hor’douerves were mini versions of the restaurants yummy appetizers prepared by Chef Doug Psaltis. A full open bar made for an abundance of good cheer! One of my favorite DJs, Nick Cohen along with DJ/Model (and Keith and Patty’s kid) Alexandra Richards spun the night fantastic! My BFF Claudia was, as usual, in full effect on the manhunt front. (Really, did Candace Bushnell know her when she created “Samantha”?!) Met a whole bunch of really fun party people which makes me wanna recheck this place out in the future! I especially can’t wait to return to the restaurant and review the menu in the coming weeks.
