OMG, I agree! I L-O-V-E these pestos. I discovered them around January and have tried 4 of them already. My favorite too is the Prosciutto with Smoked Almonds. You have some great ideas. Another thing that I like to do is to make an egg sandwich in the morning and spread a bit of the Blue Berry on the toast before the egg and cheese goes in... yum!!! Try almost any in a Panini... I love the Smoked Almond in my Panini with turkey, cheese, artichoke hearts and caramelized onions... Of course they are wonderful in all typical recipes like baking, sautéing, or grilling fish, beef, chicken, or just with angle hair pasta and veggies al dente… I am looking forward to making my own ravioli fillings with them when I some more time to experiment. Lauren has great recipes on her web-site too. Don’t pass these up, they are an amazing find. They should be on Oprah (and Lauren too!)!!!
